nft888 Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this agreement, the word "Platform" refers to the nft888 website and all services offered on it, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports betting. "User", "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who registers or uses the nft888 platform. "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a user. "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time.

References to money in this agreement are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless stated otherwise. Terms in the singular also include the plural where the context requires.

2 Registration Eligibility and Age Requirement

Use of the nft888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Holds a valid identity document, including a national identity card (MyKad) or equivalent recognised document.
• Not included in any active self-exclusion list.
• Online gambling is not specifically prohibited in the user's region or country of residence.
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of a third party.

nft888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a user is unable to provide the requested documents within the specified period, nft888 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account.

3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identity card number, mobile number, email address or payment method is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any existing balance.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and account login details confidential.
• Notifying nft888 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to the account.
• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Updating personal information whenever any changes occur.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

nft888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after approval.

All deposits must come from legitimate sources and accounts registered in the user's name. nft888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction integrity.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by nft888 are subject to their respective specific terms. The nft888 welcome bonus gives an additional 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500, with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.

Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirement is met. nft888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

The nft888 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's activity and betting record. nft888 reserves the right to determine the criteria for VIP tier upgrades and downgrades at the platform's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the nft888 platform:

• Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other users to cheat the system or exploit bonuses.
• Transferring funds between accounts to meet wagering requirements fraudulently.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the entire balance and legal action where necessary.

8 Responsible Gambling

Third-party game service providers are responsible for the validity and integrity of the games they supply. nft888 acts as an aggregator platform and does not alter the game mechanics provided.

10 Data Protection and Privacy

nft888 respects user privacy and protects personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy set out. Information collected is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing and service improvement.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

nft888 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the new terms.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing provisions that form the basis of nft888's operations. Any dispute arising between a user and nft888 shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to a mediator appointed by the relevant licensing authority. The user agrees to be bound by the final decision of that process.

13 Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting nft888 customer support via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable wagering requirements being met.

nft888 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity requiring investigation. Funds involved in such activity may be held until the investigation is complete.
